I decided to go into the culinary industry in the last year of high school. After living in Hong Kong for so many years, I decided study abroad. Luckily, my mother has a friend whose son studied at Alpine two years ago. That’s how I learnt about this college.
As soon as I came here, I was delighted to learn that most of the people's first language is not English, and I feel safer already to be here. The faculty and students are very nice. I’ve loved my time here in Alpine. The course subjects were very interesting, specific in their aims and broad in their teaching. Assimilating into a new culture and environment was as fun and rewarding as the academic work was challenging.
