Description

This preparatory programme in hospitality and tourism management is designed for students who do not meet the English language requirements of the ALPINE Entrance Test and interviews. The course aims to improve students' existing English language skills to enable them to progress to the first year of studies either in Hotel Management or in Culinary Arts. The programme lasts six months and includes intensive English language modules and introduces students to the full programmes of study.
