This short Certificate Course (11 weeks) provides students with an understanding of operational aspects of working in the Rooms Division department of a Hotel Operation. 

 

Description

This course is designed to equip students with technical skills to enable them acquire an entry position in any reception or housekeeping department of a hotel.   A blend of practical training and classroom theory enhances the student’s confidence in carrying out the tasks of a receptionist, guest relations officer, concierge, or housekeeping supervisor, and at the same time strengthens their customer service skills.
